A New Family Session {Lethbridge Family Photographer}

I was having one of "those days" the day I photographed this family session.  I already knew the parents were two of the nicest people in the free world, but I had yet to work with their two kiddos.  I was so excited to work with them.  My "day" got much brighter when I met this family for their session.

I was so happy to see them upon my first arrival and to see the ENERGY the kids brought to this session was THE GREATEST THING EVER!  When you have kids this age, they key is to let them be themselves.  Sitting still...ewwww....  My kids are older now, and this kind of messing around doesn't happen much anymore.  As I was taking pictures, I got so reminiscent of when my own little ones were scrambling all over.  They are too big to horse around with now.  This is something I didn't get images of when they were little.

I love this session,  The point was to see them interacting versus sitting and smiling at the camera.  I can see these images bringing smiles to this family for years and years to come.  This is a snapshot of who they all are right now.  The goofy activity the kids bring...I could have filled this post up with loads of silly expressions from this session.

Kids change every day...and they grow WAAAAY too fast.

I want to thank them for bringing me so many smiles that day and every time I have seen their pictures since.  I was laughing so hard, I was crying... I love those kinds of tears.  :-)
