Convocation {Education}

On October 15th, I convocated with my Masters Degree in Nursing.  Throughout my whole 9 year education journey, my photography has been a constant, and it will continue to be a constant. 

It was very important that my granddaughter was there. I want her, and all women to know that it is never too late to get an education. I want to be an example for her.

She is so cute. She told me I had a "funny hat".  Yes.  I had a funny hat.  I hope she wears a few "funny hats" in her lifetime too. One of my life's goals now is to get a picture of me and her when she is older and graduating and I'll wear a pink dress and dance beside her.
