Nature Accreditation (Lethbridge and Waterton Wedding and Family Photography}

I seem to want to further challenge myself by attempting to earn more accreditations with the PPOC (Professional Photographers of Canada). The next accreditation that I tried to get, after Food, was "Nature".  this is my successful submission of ten images. I've been doing pictures of scenics and elements of nature for many years, so finding images was easy, choosing what I thought would pass was the trick.

I've written about my journey to obtain a successful food accreditation. For this Nature accreditation, I had 8 out of the ten images accepted on my first try, so the accreditation, on first try, was not a successful accreditation.

This accreditation took 2 tries.  I'm ok with that. The only failure is a failure to try.

I'm not upset at all about this because it is just another opportunity to learn.  I had a few back up images ready to go should the accreditation not be successful on the first try. I entered the remaining 2 images, which were accepted, and that means I have earned my Nature accreditation.

I do like this process, it is a different way to refine my craft.  I love learning new things and challenging myself.

If you are a photographer, I would not hesitate to look into the PPOC (Professional Photographers of Canada) and all that they offer.
